Okay, so who had a soft toy when they were little that did everything with them and couldn't be left behind at home? I had a rabbit called Mendip. I still have a rabbit called Mendip, I just don't take him with me everywhere I go these days...he's enjoying a peaceful retirement on a shelf in my bedroom!

You had a bear called "Huggy" cos it had "Hug Me" on it and the Mendip came from the fact that "Mendip" could stick his thumb in his mouth and it would stay there. You would then continously pull its thumb out of his mouth and run to the nearest adult and say "Mend it" or "Men dip".......annoying child!
