Illustration Friday- 'Blue'

My submission for this week's Illustration Friday topic (www.illustrationfriday.com). The Blue Whale is the largest creature known to have ever existed in the history of the earth. An adult Blue Whale can be bigger than the largest dinosaur! Apparently a small child could crawl down the aorta of a Blue Whale's heart- not that anybody would want to...

I really like your animal series...and this one stopped me in my tracks...a heart the siz of a VW Beetle. Wow! That aside, I love the clean line drawing of the whale and the shades of blue...very simple, very effective.

Heya! I think I'm getting a hang of this now... how odd that you did a blue whale too *laughs* I like yours, he is very cute (sounds cheesy but I mean it in a good way and right now I can't find a better word), if whales can be cute... I wonder if the baby would get washed away in the whale aorta?
